Sales Policy:

All the MERCHANDISE sold to THE PURCHASER thereunder is sold without guarantee as to fitness for purpose and on the understanding that the purchaser will ensure that the goods are made safe and serviceable before re-sale. No warranty whether expressed or implied by law will attach to any such sale. It is the prerogative of a purchaser to inspect the merchandise offered for sale. Ocean Bay International Limited will assume that such an inspection has been made. Arrangement to inspect can be made with appropriate warehouse staff.

We do need three days notice if you are collecting the wholesale goods or clearance stock from our Cardiff warehouse. We endeavour to ship goods out the same week that payment has cleared. Please be aware that this is not always possible but we will keep you informed of shipping dates. Please note that all pictures and descriptions are the sole property of Ocean Bay International Limited, unauthorised use may result in prosecution. Please allow 3% margin for broken or faulty goods. Please allow a 2% variance in the stock amounts.

Shipping:

Shipment will be either APC Overnight, DHL or Palletline. Orders are generally shipped within 3 days of full payment. If you do not receive your goods within 2 working days please phone 08477 452 135 or 07809 561919 to let us know. Before goods are sent we do need your contact details i.e. home and mobile numbers. Shipments made to UK mainland will be at the standard Palletline tariff. Free delivery applies to local operating areas only. All goods will be dispatched from our warehouse.
