Delivery

The most cost-effective way for delivery is by pallet via our partner company Palletline. Palletline will deliver any mixture of products at the standard cost of £45 per pallet. The weight must not exceed one tonne.

The Palletline system allows the goods to be delivered to your front door. Please note that this means the nearest point to which a pallet can be safely delivered. Please consider any access restrictions and advise if any of the following apply:

1. Narrow lanes
2. Gate obstructions
3. Walled obstructions
4. Kerb obstructions
5. Any other obstructions
6. You live on a road inaccessible to large delivery vans

Smaller vans can be used if advance notice is given.

We also operate a free delivery system for customers exceeding a certain value or quantity, subject to the nature of the goods. For example, customers in a particular trade may wish to purchase large quantities of a particular product to take advantage of our prices before we finish that particular product line.
